Wash & Marinate over night. The slow cooker does the rest.... if it's not falling off the bones, cook a little longer. The bigger the pieces, the longer the cook time.

I'm a big fan of oxtail! About how much dry rub do you use for this amount of oxtail?

Dry Rub application generally is simple. Coat the meat entirely, shake off excess. I place meat sparingly in a bowl about a lb at a time, coat-toss-repeate. Until meat is covered in spices.
