Clay pot ratatouille

Should the clay pot be glazed on the inside or unglazed? Been wanting to buy some clay pots but not sure which one to buy. Recipe looks great and easy!!!

I prefer the glazed ones because they are easy to clean and to keep. The unglazed ones need a special care. I like them because the food maintain its juiciness and its taste. I don t know how the things are in other countries but here, in Romania, the clay pots are very common. They are used for ratatouille, stewed cabbage or cabbage rolls, even for buttermilk.
