All of the chocolate came up to the top after baking, none of it swirled through the cheesecake, and I did swirl it well. Any thoughts as to why?

This is puzzling if you were sure to really go deep with the swirl meaning all the way to the. crust that should not have happened but you must swirl deep. I'm sorry this happened for you
