You can use the stem of the garlic in cooking as well, they’re called “Garlic Chives” and taste just like regular chives with a garlicky flavor. Great on everything :)

If you want it to make full bulbs it needs to winter over and harvest next season. Check the web for curing and storing. You ‘ll have a lot. Enjoy your recipes.
