BTW, saw an interesting TV show the other day where a psychologist said that people enjoy angular food more if it's pointing away from them.
Subconsciously, we find it intimidating to be pointed at apparently...

Which show was that Tex? I work in publishing cook books and we always avoid knives pointing out in photographs, maybe same reason?!
