Hi Claire, they look great, did they taste okay? Good idea to add a little extra milk if the mixture is really thick, you need a dropping consistency.

Yes they were very nice. I probably would add a touch more milk next time. I've made so many varieties of muffins since this lockdown. I wonder what other filling could be added to these muffins. Nutella? Peanut butter? Maybe chunks of Mars bar or similar? Caramel?
