Hey there. Not sure if I've mentioned this before, but I've relied on this recipe for all my muffin experiments.I've just been replacing the blueberries with other things. So I've make Apple and date muffins, Apple and raisin, pineapple and coconut, carrot and raisin, banana and raisin.. to name a few.So I just thought I should say thanks for the recipe! 👍
