I purchased a cranberry chipotle sauce awhile back that I have not tried yet, but I'm also going to have my version of mignonette that I prepare fresh lemon juice, sriracha and chopped shallots.

@joseph green. I love Taylor shellfish. Have been going there for years. I have done several mignonettes one of my favorites was with a peach champagne and white balsamic vinegar. I personally am going to take my favorite lady in the world out to one of the finest sushi restaurants I have come across in Washington state. And am lucky enough to have it right in my back yard. Happy valentine's day everyone. @shinae the one thing I can't get my hands on in the very nw corner of the continental US is lovely velvety foie Gras. I hope you enjoy a bit of that heaven on a plate with your loved on on that special day....
