  • 4 packsinstant noodles, Irish potatoes cut into cubes,
  • Sliced onions, boiled eggs, grated pepper

  1. 1

    In a pot add cold water and put on heat. Bring to a boil. Add the sliced onions and potatoes. Cook for 3mins.

    Add the grated pepper, little vegetable oil, garlic paste and stir. Add in the noodles and cook till the water is absorbed. Serve with ground spiced pepper and boiled eggs.
