Hello... Since i don't consume ham nor any stuff which contains of alcohol, is it possible to change ham into beef, and apple cider changed into apple juice? Thank you.

chicken would work better than beef with apple juice but for beef a cola or root beer or beef stock with berry puree would work..fish would work with apple juice maybe some mango or jicama
