Mmm, I love chunky curry like this. Could you tell me about how much potatoes and cauliflower you used to make this? Or maybe add it to the ingredient list?

Hi Jenni! I should have added the amounts, sorry, I left it open so people could do larger servings - I did enough for 2 servings (dinner then lunch next day). I used maybe 10 smallish potatoes, peeled & then chopped. I used pretty much the same amount of cauliflower, again chopped, but not too small, more like bite sized chunks.
