Hi, Shinae! I haven't had a chance to participate in "what's cooking" yet as I've been busy with our newborn girl since the end of January, but since you said you'll be looking for more soup recipes I thought I'd let you know I have several soup recipes on my profile. And this one I conjured up on my own one day that I call "Curried Roasted Caulfower Leek Soup" (you have to really like curry for this one)

A couple others I enjoy are my version of clam chowder and my creamy potato soup. I personally love every soup recipe I've shared, so I hope others do to!

Congratulations, Stephie! What wonderful news! I can imagine you've been really busy, and I hope you've been getting plenty of rest for yourself. (Which I know is often easier said than done, especially when the little ones are really little! ;) ) Thank you so much for sharing your yummy soup recipes with me. Aunt Mary's Vegetable Soup sounds perfect for what I've got on hand. I think I'll make that soon. :)))
