Thank you for sharing the recipe, I made it and it turned out great, very delicious! I didn't have time to do the brining, so was concerned if there would be enough flavor, yet there was... I also placed the chicken breast down so it would stay moist... It was all really good! Thanks again, Kethro! I look forward to trying it with the brining next time, and will have to check out some of your other recipes...
