Ingredients

  1. 3-4raw bananas
  2. 2medium onion
  3. 2 tbsp tomato purée
  4. 2 inchesginger
  5. 8 clovesgarlic
  6. as neededOil to fry bananas
  7. 2 tablespoonsvegetable oil
  8. 1/2 teaspoonmustard seeds
  9. 1/2 teaspooncumin seeds
  10. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric
  11. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  12. 4 pinchessalt
  13. 2 tbspsFresh cream

Cooking Instructions

    Peel the skin of raw bananas and cut them into long strips of one and half inch.

    Now, heat oil in a pan and fry these raw bananas for 3-5 minutes.

    Add chopped onion, ginger, garlic to a mixer and grind it to a fine paste.Heat oil in the pan, add mustard & cumin seeds. Then, add in the ground paste and saute till raw smell goes. Then add in dry masala powder, tomato purée and saute for a while.

    Add fresh cream,mix and sauté for one minute.

    Add in 2-3 cups of water, add salt to taste and allow it to boil for 5-10 minutes.Add salt,red chillies

    Now, add the fried bananas slices to it and mix.

    When it reaches the consistency you prefer then switch off the flame.Serve hot.
