Potato Souffle is an easy to bake recipe. It contains all the ingredients which kid's love to relish without any fuss. It can be consumed as a whole meal or as an evening snack.

Potato Souffle is an easy to bake recipe. It contains all the ingredients which kid's love to relish without any fuss. It can be consumed as a whole meal or as an evening snack.
Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 220 degree Celsius. Boil potatoes and mash well. Separate yolk from egg.

Grate cheese and keep it aside. Add egg yolk, coriander leaves and cheese to the mashed potatoes.

Warm milk and add butter to it. Remove from heat till butter melts. Whisk egg whites to stiff peaks.

Add pepper powder and salt to taste to the mashed potato mixture. Add cooled milk mixture and mix gently.

Fold whipped egg whites to the potato mixture.

Grease ramekins (silicon cups) with butter and sprinkle bread crumbs inside.

Fill potato mixture into the cups and sprinkle chilli powder on top.

Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven. Hot cheesy Potato Souffle is ready to serve. Garnish with a pinch of chilli powder and coriander leaves and serve as it is or can have with Tomato sauce.
