My husband was expecting me to cook something new and delicious. So i prepared steak and salad served with Gratin Dauphinois. He simply loved it, so did I. But can i add cheese to it?

Hey Couka, im glad you liked the recipe. Well sure you can add cheese to it. Try using gruyere cheese and add it between layers before baking. Enjoy!
