simple but yet tasty.easy to prepare.i just add cumin,ginger and corriander powder to the marinate to make it taste stronger.some may not like it but can try.it suits my tastebud.for the rice i add one chicken stock cube to give more flavor.anyway thank you for this great simple recipe which has inspired my cooking.
