Ingredients

2 bowls of soup
  1. 2large eggs
  2. 3 cupsbroth
  3. 1 tablespooncornstarch
  4. 3 tablespoonswater
  5. 1 tablespoonsoy sauce
  6. 2 teaspoonssesame oil
  7. Chopped green onions for garnish, as desired
  8. Ground pepper, as desired

Cooking Instructions

    Bring the broth to a boil. Season with soy sauce. Dissolve the cornstarch in water and add to the broth, stirring until slightly thickened.
