A few years ago i found that I was wasting lettuce about every time i made tacos or subs , and i started doing it this way. I try an plan 3 meals in a row to use the lettuce in different ways lol. Most of the time i only do a side salad with just lettuce and tomatoes and maybe a cucumber .
