How do you stuff the breast? I always wanted to try

It's pretty easy. I use a very sharp paring knife. Cut into the breast at the thickest part and slice in to make a pocket. Then put in your stuffing. You could turn this into a roulade by pounding the chicken thin spread on the stuffing, roll it up and secure it with twine or toothpicks. Different technique, same result. Hope this helps. 🙂
