When frying cut all veggies thin! Start veg first then add the meat!!!

Carrots are great but need to be really thin. You can grate them too with thr thick side of the grater :)

maybe dredging the chicken on cornstarch, more sauce would stick to everything. Also, maybe some enoki mushrooms and green onion sliced in 1 inch pcs on the diagonal. 🙂. Just a thought.

In order to gain a nice flavor with the veggies, and then later with the meat, I cook with sesame oil. Definitely dredge the chicken in cornstarch. For the sauce, I like to add garlic and grated ginger and then about 1/4 cp of rice-wine vinegar, 1/4 cp brown sugar with the soy sauce. Hmm, this is making me hungry! :)
