Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  1. 1 packageHong Kong style hot and sour soup mix
  2. Green onions, to taste
  3. 1 packagesoft tofu
  4. 2 pieceswood ear mushrooms
  5. 2eggs
  6. 1 packageenoki mushrooms
  7. Sesame oil, to taste
  8. White vinegar, to taste
  9. White pepper, to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare the ingredients: Slice the wood ear mushrooms and soft tofu into strips, cut the enoki mushrooms into small sections, chop the green onions, and beat the eggs.

    In a soup pot, fill halfway with water (enough for about 4 servings). Add the wood ear mushrooms, tofu, and enoki mushrooms. Add the soup mix (Tip: You can mix the soup mix with hot water in a separate bowl before adding it to the pot). Bring to a boil, then season with sesame oil, white vinegar, and white pepper. Pour in the beaten eggs, and finally sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
