Simple Hot and Sour Soup (Hong Kong Style)

You can serve this with rice, noodles, or a full table of dishes, and it will taste great! (I didn't add shredded meat because there was already a lot of meat on the table.)

Prepare the ingredients: Slice the wood ear mushrooms and soft tofu into strips, cut the enoki mushrooms into small sections, chop the green onions, and beat the eggs.

In a soup pot, fill halfway with water (enough for about 4 servings). Add the wood ear mushrooms, tofu, and enoki mushrooms. Add the soup mix (Tip: You can mix the soup mix with hot water in a separate bowl before adding it to the pot). Bring to a boil, then season with sesame oil, white vinegar, and white pepper. Pour in the beaten eggs, and finally sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
