Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprice flour purchased from market
  2. 1/2 cuprava / sooji/ samolina
  3. 1onion chopped
  4. 1 tbscoriander chopped
  5. 1 tspcurry leaves chopped
  6. 1green chilli chopped
  7. 1/2 tspred kashmiri chilli powder
  8. 1 (2 tsp)salt or to taste
  9. 5-6 tbsphot oil to make crispy
  10. 1/2 cupmedum hot water
  11. someOil for frying
  12. 1 pinchasafoetida

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl mix rice flour, rava, salt,, onion, coriander and curry leaves and green chilli chopped if chopped curry leaves green chilli and onion altogether in a chopper mix with hot oil and it well with spoon now with med hot water knead the soft dough not loose not hard and give rest for 5 to 7 mins

    In the meantime heat enough oil in a wok and side by side make small round balls with greased hand and flat it with your fingers ready all and fry in 5-6 in a batch on med flame till golden brown nice colour. Now take on a tissue paper to absorb excess oil now cool it store in a air tight container for 1 week and enjoy at evening tea with guest and family.
