Ingredients

  1. 4 slicesbrown bread
  2. 4 tablespoonbutter
  3. as required Grated cheese
  4. as per taste Salt
  5. 1small onion chopped
  6. 1chopped small tomato
  7. 1chopped small capsicum
  8. 1 teaspoonchaat masala
  9. 1/2 teaspoonred chilli (or black pepper as per you taste)
  10. leavesas required Few coriander
  11. For dip
  12. 1 teaspoonchaat masala
  13. 1 teaspoonchilli flakes
  14. 4 teaspoontomato ketchup
  15. 2 teaspoongarlic
  16. 4 teaspoonoregano seasoning

Cooking Instructions

    First wash and chopped all the onion, tomato, capsicum and coriander leaves. Make a dip first for that heat the pan add four teaspoon tomato ketchup, now add 2 teaspoon garlic, about 1-2 minutes 2 teaspoon oregano seasoning and chaat masala wait for 5 mint dip is ready.

    In a small bowl mix all veggies, add salt, black pepper. Now heat the griller. Place bread generously slather one side of each piece of bread with butter. Add little amount of dip on it. Place generous amount of mixture.

    Sprinkle chaat masala,oregano seasoning. Once you are done with placing all veggie and spices now spread generous amount as per your taste grated cheese over it. Place another slice and add butter on the top. Grill the sandwich for around 3-5minutes.

    After grilling, serve it hot.
