Cooking Instructions

Mix the condensed milk, milk powder and ghee very well so that the mixture becomes smooth and no lump forms

Heat the mixture and keep stirring for 5 mins

Add the saffron, nutmeg powder and cardamon seeds and mix well
- 4
The mixture will get thickened and will form dough
- 5
Remove the mixture from heat and let it cool down. Grease hands with ghee...take small amount of the mixture in hand and give it a round/circular shape.

Garnish with chopped Pistachios/Almonds or Raisins. This Pedas can be stored in refrigerator for few days.
