Ingredients

  1. 400 gmsCondensed Milk
  2. 200 gmsMilk Powder
  3. 1/2 tbspGhee
  4. 3-4small Cardamom
  5. 1/4 tbspNutmeg Powder
  6. 5-6saffron strands soaked in 2 tbsp milk
  7. as neededChopped Pistachio/ Chopped Almond/Raisin for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the condensed milk, milk powder and ghee very well so that the mixture becomes smooth and no lump forms

  2. 2

    Heat the mixture and keep stirring for 5 mins

  3. 3

    Add the saffron, nutmeg powder and cardamon seeds and mix well

  4. 4

    The mixture will get thickened and will form dough

  5. 5

    Remove the mixture from heat and let it cool down. Grease hands with ghee...take small amount of the mixture in hand and give it a round/circular shape.

  6. 6

    Garnish with chopped Pistachios/Almonds or Raisins. This Pedas can be stored in refrigerator for few days.
