Ingredients

20 minutes
  1. 2 spoonginger garlic paste
  2. 1medium onion
  3. 2 tbspjeera
  4. 3-4 spoonMustard oil
  5. 1 cupsoaked mini basmati rice
  6. 1/2 cupsoya chuncks
  7. as neededGreen Chilli pickle for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat pressure cooker add mustard oil heat it, then add jeera untill it crackle then add onion in it and fry it until it get brown

  2. 2

    Add dry masalas like turmeric, red chilli powder and garam masala in it.

  3. 3

    Add soaked soya chuncks fry it then add soaked rice in it

  4. 4

    Add 1/2 glass of water and salt as per taste and then cover the cooker with lid and give 1 whisle. Serve it with green chilli pickle.
