Yes, the pic is commercial ones made differently in factories, but one can make eclairs with Choux paste at home

What Winnie meant was choux pastry makes eclairs but not even ones that look remotely like the factory one you have posted... They are totally different and look like(closest I can describe is) u layered croisant on the outside... The picture is very misleading..

Chef Lui, it's ok. We eat with our eyes and the pics are what mostly make us try new recipes, and expect similar results, or something close
