I don't do a lot of tuna, but I do steam chicken a lot! I never thought of miso sauce for chicken - sounds amazing. Is it good with "regular" (brown) miso too?

Hi! Yes, you can use the brown miso as well. The brown miso is saltier, so please add a litte bit more mirin or sugar to adjust to your palate. Hope you enjoy:)
