Without onion and garlic ,make this sumptuous corn palak paneer for a lovely lunch or dinner meal.
Cooking Instructions

Heat oil in a wok. Add grated ginger and saute for 30 seconds.

Add tomato puree and mix well
- 3
Add salt and other dry spices and mix.

Add boiled sweet corn and saute for a minute.
- 5
Add kasoori methi and mix. Add spinach puree and mix well.

Cut paneer into triangles and add to the gravy

Simmer for 1-2 mins,covered on low flame. Then switch off the gas.

Add some cream on top and serve hot with your choice of roti or rice.
