Ingredients

  • 180 gramsrice flour
  • 7 gramsbaking powder
  • 180 gramshoney
  • 4eggs
  • 5 mlstrawberry essence
  • 1/2 cupsprinkles

Steps

  1. 1

    I used the all in one method...dump everything in a bowl apart from the sprinkles...add the sprinkles in the end

  2. 2

    I baked in two tins....180 degrees for 25 minutes

  3. 3

    Gluten free cakes will not rise as well as ones with all purpose flour

  4. 4

    Enjoy your cake with some tea
