Ingredients

  1. For Kofta
  2. 1beat root
  3. 1boiled potato
  4. 1/4green chilli
  5. 1/4coriander
  6. 1/2 gramflour
  7. 1 tbspcrushed cardamom
  8. 1 tbspclove powder
  9. 1 tbspcrushed cumin powder
  10. 1 tspsalt
  11. 1 tspchilli powder
  12. 1 tspcoriander powder
  13. 1 tspgaram masala
  14. 1 tsptumeric powder
  15. Mava
  16. For Spinach Curry
  17. 1/5 bowloil
  18. 1 tspcumin powder
  19. 1 tbspgreen chilli
  20. 1/4onions chopped
  21. 1/4 bowlginger and garlic paste
  22. 1/2 bowlspinach paste
  23. 1 tspcumin powder
  24. 1 tsptumeric
  25. 1 tspgaram masala
  26. 1 tspsalt
  27. 10 grambutter
  28. 1 tbspcream

Cooking Instructions

    To start of making the kofta mix all ingredients together.

    Place the mixture on the palm of your hands and press down making the mixture flat.

    Add the mava inside and wrap around forming a triangle kofta shape.

    Moving on to the spinach curry in a pan add 1/5 oil and let it warm up.

    First add the onions and let them cook until golden brown.

    Next add the ginger garlic paste and sauté for a few mins.

    Start adding the rest of the dry ingredients one by one and mix well.

    Add the spinach paste and mix well. Cook for 15 mins.

    After add the butter and cream and mix well.

  10. 10

    To finish off add the kofta inside the curry and serve while hot.
