Masoor dal pakoda are so easy and crispy pakodas which can be prepared within few minutes. These are perfect for evening tea time snacks.

Ingredients

10 minutes
4-5 servings
  1. 1.5 cupMasoor dal
  2. 1 cupchopped onion
  3. 1.5 inchginger
  4. 3-4green chilli
  5. As neededcurry leaves
  6. 1 tspcumin seeds
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. as neededOil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and soak Masoor dal for 1 hour.

  2. 2

    From the soak dal keep 2 tsp dal aside and make a batter from rest of the dal.

  3. 3

    Mix rest of the ingredients except oil in the batter.

  4. 4

    Heat a Kadai with oil and deep fry the batter by making small fritters from it.

  5. 5

    Now Masoor dal Pakoda are ready.

  6. 6

    Serve hot with ketchup and a cup of tea.
