The art of baking a steak

Never ever bake or grill any meat straight from the fridge always bake at room temp. Season the meat in advance at both sides, season and bake direct. Bake in butter and oil half half. Butter for taste oil for temp. Let the butter and oil go flaming hot (do not burn). Add the meat do not touch it before you flip it. Let the meat rest for 10 min. Cover with tin film.Voila,the perfect steak
