Partially Freeze Meat for Easier Cutting & Slicing
This method works very well for thin slices, strips, chopping and cubing any meat as well as remove excess fat and skin for preparation.

Put the meat into the freezer for 30 to 60 min before cutting to partially freeze it for easier slicing and cubing.

For frozen meat, cut it before it is completely thawed. If you have no time to thaw your frozen meat, place it in the microwave using only 1/3 to 1/2 of the pre-set time of the defrosting function.
