Great recipe! Moist and flavorful. I did make one change, I baked it on a non-stick rack set on a baking sheet. Cooked it on 400F for 20 minutes.

This recipe is absolutely fabulous! Your instructions were so detailed and easy to follow. I also appreciate the hints and tips. I did add a bit of fish sauce and some hot pepper as you suggested. I also added some chopped crimini mushrooms caramelized in butter to add even more umami. Made this for myself but can't wait to make it for someone special. Thanks again for the great recipe. This recipe is great! I added 4 cloves of fresh chopped garlic, but otherwise followed it exactly. The green beans look a little withered, but taste wonderful and still have great texture. Will definitely become a regular on my list!

Fantastic recipe! Cut recipe in half for 4 thighs. Worked great. So easy and delicious. Added some baby carrots in before cooking and they came out even better than the chicken. Yum!
