I've made many different versions of banana bread and this recipe takes the "cake"! My loaf ban is a darker metal so I put my oven at 325° for an hour and comes out perfect every time. Making it again right now!

My husband is from Mexico and he said he felt like he was back there eating this dish! Definitely going to be a family favorite!

If this was any more heavenly, I would have sworn that Jesus made it himself! Husband and I will definitely have this again!

So my husband eats practically everything with tortillas, so normally he doesn't eat as much as the meal as myself because he gets full faster with the tortillas.....not only did he eat all of the tortillas, but he ate every bit of food that was on the plate!! For good measure, he also licked the plate at the end haha!! This was amazing, with me using roasted garlic bread crumbs instead of the corn flake breading. Will definitely be making again!!

After not being able to eat anything solid for a week(dental surgery), this was the first thing I made and I couldn't be happier!! The sauce did end a little too thick so I cut it with a little water which helped to soften up the broccoli but still allowed it to keep its crunch, and tossed in some cooked white rice at the end....it's a keeper. :hungry :-)

I left out the onions and sausage and it was still amazing!!

Reminds me of home!!

If I could find a better gravy recipe then I would make it but I haven't found one yet!! I love it!!

I was worried that my husband wouldn't like it but he's eating it like there is no tomorrow! Great recipe!

Super good! I warmed my apple sauce on the stove and tossed in a cinnamon stick for more flavor. Had to bake it for an hour and 10 minutes. Love it!!

I made this for my family when I went back to visit them. My niece is super picky about what she eats and she ate every bit of this and some! So, made it for hubby tonight...it was another hit!! Love this recipe!!

I didn't have thyme, so I used garlic salt and some chili powder. Amazing how juicy it is!!!!

Couldn't have been any happier with the results!! Airy, with a great taste!! Definitely going to be a keeper!!

The glaze for these would also be amazing for ribs! Super good!
