Excellent! Wanted to try this for awhile, finally made it today. We added shrimp and chicken. Probably more than a dash of cayenne and black pepper but came out perfect. :ohyeaah

I thought it was near perfect. It is difficult to get the rice cooked all the way, so the rice was just a little chewy. Just make sure not to go over board on the liquids and it shouldn't be mushy.
