Beautiful! It looks like a professional presentation! which brand of whole grain pasta did you use? How was the texture/flavor? I was curious, as it always piques my curiosity when people use health options in place of things like white rice and regular pasta. I love pasta, but not very fond of the "healthy option." I'd rather have the simple carb "who cares if it converts into sugar in my body option" Lol! I'd be willing to give it a try, especially if it tastes as good as it looks!

aww.. thank you Christi..! :)hahahaah ;D you're right!! i am actually dont care either, its converts into sugar anyway.. but somehow maybe into sugar in healthier way? ;D
not so sure.. hehei used organic wholemeal pasta from Aldi Supermarket here in Australia, they have lots of healthy range option with affordable price,i didnt tried it before, but i found it taste the same like any other pasta. my personal taste would love to have wholemeal pasta than brown rice or wholemeal bread in texture way as they are tasty! :) i cooked them al dente like other pasta, goes well with light creamy mushroom sauce i have made. light yet satisfying :)thank you for your feedback
hope you have a lovely day Christi!
