I tried out this method! My vegetables cook much faster but yet still has that char taste that we enjoy! Previously, I was just stir-frying with oil and it took much longer! Thank you for this awesome cooking tip!

Thank you for such a positive feedback. I am glad you liked my method. Using a different Oil OR Butter, you can create a variety of flavours. By the way, your dish looks amazing!!!

I used avocado oil and then just sprinkled pink salt over it when done. I never knew to “steam-fry” with oil in this manner. So easy, no splattering of oil and my stovetop stayed clean. It’s the best of both worlds! Thank you! 💕💕
