I made this 8 months ago and am still enjoying the same batch today. Great recipe!

I waited two weeks and the pic. Is as of today. Didnt use cheese cloth to strain just screen so theres quite a bit of pulp.

I used fresh strawberries. No need to preserve theyre in season.

Did you use fresh strawberries ? If you did what kind of preservative did you use ?

Did you keep it in the fridge or cabinet? I want to make it but I don't want to keep it in the fridge.
