Is very soft, even for a dip, but it tastes good cold...definitely goes on a roll up tortilla

I just use 1/4 of a medium, cut into thin slices and raw . it's a little bit crunchy

I like liquid onion too. I use it in my Betty salad dressing. A little bit goes a long way!
