Ingredients

  1. 200 gsweet potato (peel and heat in a microwave oven until tender)
  2. 1 cantuna
  3. 1/2onion (peel and slice thinly)
  4. 3 Tbsp~mayonnaise
  5. 1 tspchicken broth (powder)

    Mash sweet potato (leave a part of them undone to your taste)

  2. 2

    Saute the sliced onion lightly in a pan until wilted to bring out the sweetness (if you like fresh onion, no need to do this step)

  3. 3

    Mix all ingredients well.
