料理步驟

用清水將栗子洗淨瀝乾。Rinse the chestnuts with clean water, then drain well.

拿尖嘴剪刀,將所有栗子頭部剪十字(兩刀)。Use a pair of sharp, pointed scissors to cut a cross (two cuts) into the top of each chestnut.

將栗子放鍋中,倒入至少能淹過栗子的水量,適量加入食鹽(水嚐起來有微鹹即可)。Place the chestnuts in a pot and add enough water to fully cover them. Add a moderate amount of salt—the water should taste lightly salty.

蓋上蓋煮25分鐘後就,及可撈出食用。Cover the pot and boil for 25 minutes, then remove the chestnuts and they’re ready to eat.
