I made this 2 ways. 1 is the recipe with a quick mix in the chopper, the other one is the same with mango chunks. Both are great!

I didn’t have enough pickle juice to make the sauce, but it was still fantastic!

Used chocolate chips instead and I let the kids do the fork impressions so they are pretty odd shaped.

Made a few modifications. I used ground sausage instead of chicken, added cheese and olives inside, plus I added a garlic butter to the outside which was really good.

Over wild rice. I substituted corn and carrots for okra, eggplant, and green beans. I planned to use green beans but misplaced them. Also, I smoked pork chops and diced 2 up for the meat. Used the other two as back-up Incase this went badly. However, this was really very good. We are trying new things during lockdown and this was very very good.

Turned out great. As you can see by the plate, we are having more. Kids (6, 2) didn’t like the yolk part.

Followed recipe except I cooked mine in my traeger with a pork roast.

Super easy to make. I used Costco garlic so it’s already minced and I accidentally put the cilantro in at the beginning, so I added more for color at the end. I put it on a bed of rice that had some butter, garlic salt and pepper in it and it was great. My 1 year old and 5 year old were not thrilled, but my wife and I were.

Only used half the mozzarella in the recipe (purchasing error) and used a zucchini with the squash since the squash was small.

375 for 30 min. not all the cheese was melted after 20. i did refrigerate overnight. this is for a work potluck.
