I omitted the sugar, used apple cider vinegar and added fresh chopped basil. I've already made this twice in less than a week. :) Very good!

I used spicy brown mustard and added pepper and chives. It would be even better with pickle relish! It's much easier to fill the eggs if you fill a plastic bag, cut the corner off and pipe in the filling.

There should be temperatures in this recipe. You have to boil it for awhile to make enough curds. Don't just turn off the heat right when it boils like the recipe says. If you only get a tennis ball sized amount of soft cheese, you can repeat the entire process (with the same drained-off whey), let it boil longer, and get at least twice as much cheese.

These are great!!! I used crushed plain Fiber One cereal for a healthier bread crumbs option. It made just enough to coat the tofu. Makes a great healthy appetizer-type food and tasted awesome with marinara sauce!
