Very flavorful, I marinated overnight and was surprised by how much flavor it had from so few ingredients. The suggested cooking time (five minutes on each side) was a little too bloody for me in the middle even after letting it rest for awhile so I cooked it a little longer. I patted dry and seasoned on both sides but the marinade itself it's flavorful enough I thought.
Came out pretty good but I'll use smaller biscuits the next time. Take it from me and don't overfill with the egg mixture or you'll have a mess in your oven. :-[
Like others I was surprised by how good this was with so few ingredients, I made almost per recipe, with minimal changes. I'll definitely make this again.
