Really good! I accidentally used a full cup of sugar, so I used more p.b. I also used about half creamy and half chunky p.b. Was really yummy :) They are only crumbly when trying to take off the baking sheet right away so I left them there for about 5 minutes, then transferred to cool completely on cookie racks. Will definitely make these again :cookie

Followed recipe to a T :) me and hubby loved it and had it with homemade biscuits. I didn't have thick sliced bacon though, so I used 6 slices of regular bacon and crumbled it on top of each serving. Also was very liberal with my cracked black pepper! Thanks for the wonderful recipe :hungry
