tried a lil different.. came out very yummy!! served with strawberries almost like strawberry shortcake :evilgrin

my fiancée had the idea of adding bacon.. other than that yuuummmy!!!! with bacon it was almost like a breakfast burrito minus the carb filled tortillas :)
