I wanted a homemade bread to pair with coconut curried lentils and I couldn't have asked for better. I used whole wheat and didn't have quite enough egg so it ended up not rising quite right and was a bit blobby but still delicious.
Super tasty. Added some white wine and paired it with some rice pasta.
