is a portuguese recipe very similar that we call (peixinhos da horta )but I have to tell you your batter is even better ,for now on I will do sig's portuguese mix :-D ;-)we simply love it thanks fo sharing

very tastyI use cheddar cheese and mozzarella and I reduce the butter to one stick and turn out pretty good

I made a loaf and some little buns with cappocola and cheese ;turn out greatthanks viky love it very soft inside and with a nice crunch outside (L)

I did it a little different1#boil the potatoes the eggs and the cod fish together in salty water .2#on the side I slice one onion one red pepper 2cloves of garlic put them in a sauce pan with a coup of olive oil and 2dry bay leaves and a let them cook slowly for 10minutes3#after the potatoes the cod and the eggs are cooked drain the water4#slice the potatoes and put in an oven pan5#take the bones and the skin out from cod cut in big chunks and put on top of the potatoes6#put the onion mix on top of the cod fish7#peel the eggs slice them and put on top of the onion8#take to oven for 20 minutes at300Fserve with olives and broccoli

I add chicken stock was very good :-) :flower

instead of using butter to grease the cake pan I did some caramel (like the original pineapple recipe )and work good :-)

I use parsley instead of bay leave and was delicious thanks for the recipe tinkee :-) :flower
